A: We can certainly make it in a size that is not offered in our shop. Please get in touch with us to inquire about the custom size.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Since each piece is made-to-order, we kindly ask you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. A: All the materials we used in all our products (includes gold, diamonds and gemstones) are ethically sourced.
Q: Is this item Real Gold or plated/vermeil, will it tarnish and change color?
A: All our products are 18k Solid Gold, it will not tarnish or change color.
Q: Is the Diamond / Gemstone real or Lab-Created?
A: All our diamonds and gemstones are completely natural and earth-mined. We do not sell anything that is not genuine.

Carrier:
We use FedEx International Priority or DHL Express for the most efficient and dependable international shipping. Orders will be shipped from our studio located in Hong Kong directly.
Processing Time:
Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain (specific) deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Shipping Time:
For international orders, it will take 3~5 business days for shipping. *Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Shipping Fee:
For orders < $250, you will be required to pay $30 for the shipping fee. For orders ≥ $250, the shipping fee is free.

Full cut vs. Single cut diamond
We use natural full cut diamonds only.
Full cut diamonds are round stones having 57 or 58 facets.
Single cut diamonds are with 17 facets in total.
The light refraction in full cut diamonds is much greater due to the larger number of facets. This means single cut diamonds are less brilliant and fiery.
As for the prices, lower quality single cut diamond is more inexpensive than full cut stones because fewer facets take less manufacturing time, labour and resources to produce.
