Ordering

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All Marigold Fine Jewelry products are carefully handmade in our own studio.  Since each piece is made-to-order, we kindly ask you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.  If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request.  Please email us at service@marigold-jewelry.com .

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address after placing the order?

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. An address change could be applied any time before your order has been shipped. 

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

How do special orders or custom orders work?

We love working on special orders and custom work. If you have a vision of a special jewelry design that you'd like brought to life, please contact us at service@marigold-jewelry.com to get a no obligation quote.

How do I find my order number?

If you have a Marigold account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number!

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

Yes, of course!  You can let us know what you want written in the gift card by leaving order notes in the bottom of the shopping cart when you're going to check out.

Which fonts are used for engravings?

We use Arial for our Initial Rings and Necklaces. Times New Roman for all other engravings, including uppercase and lowercase letters!

How can I find my ring size?

To determine your best fit, please refer to our rings size guide.  The best and safest way to size your finger is to stop by a local jewelry store.

How can I find the tracking number of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, an email containing a tracking number will send to the email address you used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

Shipping

How long can I get my item after placing order?

All Marigold Fine Jewelry products are carefully handmade to order, it will need 7-10 business days for processing. After that, we will use FedEx or DHL Express to ship your order, which will need 3~5 business days for shipping. So the Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time .

International taxes & duties

All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and these charges are not included in the item price. Applicable duties, taxes and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

Where is my order? I don't see any movement in my order when I track it.

We use FedEx International Priority or DHL Express for the most efficient and dependable international shipping. It will take 3~5 business days for shipping. If you are having issues with tracking your order, please contact us at service@marigold-jewelry.com and we can try to help you out to the best of our knowledge.

Is signature required upon delivery?

Your purchase is likely to be an expensive one. We require signatures for all orders. We would hate for your order to get lost in transit. If you for some reason you would like to waive this option, please email us at service@marigold-jewelry.com

What if my order gets lost?

Please contact us immediately at service@marigold-jewelry.com if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue.

Please note that Marigold Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at service@marigold-jewelry.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within14 days of delivery. If you would like to make a return, please email us for a return authorization at service@marigold-jewelry.com first (no refund will be granted without return authorization).

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from marigold-jewelry.com

Do you have a warranty?

Sure! For 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

Our jewelry studio create handcrafted, ethically sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 2-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Marigold Fine Jewelry.

*Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of marigold-jewelry.com) will not be covered under Marigold Fine Jewelry’s warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First of all, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to service@marigold-jewelry.com. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help resolve it!

Can I send back my piece for an engraving?

Once the order is shipped, we are unable to have them returned for an engraving.

Sizing

How can I figure out my ring size?

Ordering a ring can be tricky if you aren’t sure about your ring size. While a jeweler can give you the most precise measurement, there are also ways you can measure your finger at home. Please refer to our Rings Size Guide.

Gifting

Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a gift receipt?

Sure! Each piece is beautifully placed in our gift box. When you are going to checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.

Our packaging includes a classic white gift box and a white Marigold Fine Jewelry dust bag. Our gift notes are printed with your special message. We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! That said, we will combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Discreet packaging is not offered at this time so please make sure to only ship to a location you are comfortable with receiving the parcel.
