Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items, and we also have a simple return policy.
How do I make a return?
1. Contact us at
service@marigold-jewelry.com with your order number within
5 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
2. If you would like to make a return please email us for a return authorization at
service@marigold-jewelry.com (no refund will be granted
without return authorization).
3. Please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable
courier & retain your receipt. Marigold Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We can not refund shipping charges on return
items.
4. Once your return is received and inspected (please allow 1~2 business days to inspect), we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your
returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Full eternity bands
3. Items on Sale
4. Items purchased during sales events
Conditions of Return:
1. All items must be returned in brand new condition, unused and unworn.
2. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get
lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
3. The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
